Fort Worth Zoo in the winter

The FW Zoo is a great place to visit with plenty of places to sit and view the animals. Today it was in the 40's. There were lots of families out enjoying the zoo. All the big cats were out as well as the elephants enjoying the sunshine, though it was cold. The giraffes and most of the birds weren't out. The hippos were fun to watch swimming and bickering with each other. The keepers were great taking care of all the animals and keeping their "keeper talks" on time. We had a nice time walking and eating popcorn.
